I’m the Aging-in-Place contractor!

My goal is to share what I know about residential home modifications to make sure you create a smart, safe, and contemporary home that’s perfect for aging in place.

The idea for this site came from having to watch my loved ones be forced to leave their homes after becoming too ill or fragile to safely navigate their surroundings.

This site is dedicated to those loved ones, and I hope the information here will help you and your family avoid some of the experiences I have had with some of my aging relatives and friends. To me, “smart” means using the latest innovations in design and function to live safely as we grow older.

I am a licensed general contractor in South Florida, as well as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist as designated by the National Association of Home Builders.
